I am so amazed with the customer service, i went in about a week or 2 ago and it was my very first time switching hair salons. I walked in there very anxious, not knowing what to expect but i walked out with the biggest smile and nearly cried happy tears when i was revealed how well my hair turned out, i was so amazed at how kind the staff were even the ladies not doing my hair were all so welcoming. I’m pretty sure allanah was the lovely lady who did my hair, i am over the moon with my hair and will definitely be coming back!!

I contacted Glamorous Hair & Co back in August with the hope that someone would be willing to attempt to give my 3 year old son a haircut before his daycare photos. He absolutely hates getting his haircut and will not allow a set of hair clippers near him. All haircuts have to be done with scissors. From the moment Luci responded to my message, I felt at ease. At our first appointment, my son refused to sit for the haircut. While I held my son, Luci just went for it and did the best she could. She far exceeded my expectations. Luci is so kind and patient. She interacted with my son despite him being upset the entire time. Fast forward to yesterday when we had our second appointment. My son refused and Luci, the magician she is, found a way to not only entertain him so that he would happily sit for a haircut but also make him feel comfortable. He was happy - smiling and laughing. Complete 180 from every other haircut experience we have had. When Luci asked if she could cut the hair around his face, he agreed. Something he would not have done a month ago. I am so unbelievably grateful to Luci and so so happy with the result. Thank you so much for taking on such a difficult client and making this a positive experience.

My daughter has her yr6 graduation tonight. Lovely Luci did her her and the lovey make up artist did her makeup. She walked out feeling like a million dollars and had the biggest smile on her face and said she looks so pretty. Thank you both for putting a smile on her face and making her feel special. xxx

I took my 4-year-old daughter to the salon today at Glamorous Hair & Co Charmhaven for the first time to cut her hair, and I couldn't be more happier with the experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, very nice, and accommodating, making me and my daughter welcome from the moment we walked in. They did two braids on my daughter's hair after cutting it to make it more extra special. I'm so happy to have found this salon ; I will definitely go back with them again. highly recommend.

I have been going to Glamorous Hair & Co for a few years now. I have a wonderfull hairdresser Jemma who is so kind and very experienced. I used to live in Sydney and I would drive up to the coast every six weeks just to get my hair done by her. Now I live on the coast and I drive an hour each way ( much easier than Sydney ) to get my hair done. All the ladies at salon are wonderful and it’s so nice just to sit and relax while getting my hair done. I would highly recommend the salon for all your hairdressing needs.

I love this salon, each of the stylists are so great!!!! They are so welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel pampered. The vibe in the salon gives off such a warm and positive energy. The girls always make my hair look and feel fabulous and my blow dry lasts for days! Would Definetly recommend to all of my friends 🥰

I am always skeptical of going to a new hair dresser as I have had some tragic experiences. I have just moved to the area from Sydney and needed a hair dresser, I booked in with Gemma and OMG I could not be happier with the service from start to finish. She did such an amazing job and she was so kind throughout the whole service. Dare I say the best hair dresser I have ever been to! Im so happy and I highly recommend. Thanks Gemma

Luci and her wonderful team at Glamorous Hair & Co. are the ladies for you if you like to be pampered and have your ideas and needs listened to and met over and beyond your expectations. You couldn't find a better team, Luci and her lovely ladies, are so knowledgeable of what is right for you, from colour, cuts, hair extensions, braids, product advice and much more, they are there for you. From the moment you walk into the beautiful Salon, you are greeted with friendly smiles and a feel of, "Yes, this is where I'm meant to be". The beautiful hair wash and amazing head massage, while lying in the recliner, sheer joy. Then getting pampered while being served tea, coffee or water and cake. What a better way to spoil yourself. You may go in feeling ok, but I can assure you, you will leave feeling the way you are meant to feel about yourself, happy, and love the person you see in the mirror after Luci and her ladies her worked there magic. Take it from one who has been going to Lucy for 22 years, I feel and look amazing after each visit. Not bad for a 74 year old. Thank you Luci and ladies for making an old girl feel so good about herself. Xx

We recently had the pleasure of having Glamorous Hair & Co come to our home to do hair for eight girls for my daughter’s Year 12 formal, and they were nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the team was professional, patient, and incredibly talented. They listened to what each girl wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and made everyone feel comfortable and confident. Every hairstyle was beautiful and held perfectly throughout the night. It was such a smooth, enjoyable experience and truly added to the excitement of their special day. Highly recommend Glamorous Hair & Co for any event—absolutely outstanding!
